Mystery Beer for Tuesday, February 11

Updated: Wednesday, 2/12
Lomaland from Modern Times  in San Diego, CA.

imageFrom their website:

Lomaland is an earthy, rustic Belgian-style farmhouse ale that’s both complex and quaffable. It smells like hay, pepper, and friendly sunshine. Its dry, cracker-like body and lightly-hoppy finish makes it a beautiful compliment to food. We named Lomaland after the brilliantly crazy utopian community that was the first settlement built in Point Loma, the San Diego neighborhood where our fermentorium is located.

This week, our Mystery Beer on tap is…

Style: Saison (BJCP Category 16c)
ABV: 5.5%%
IBUs: 30
Price: $5.25 12oz
Sorry, no tasters and no samples — you have to commit to the mystery.

What’s a Mystery Beer?

Each Tuesday we’ll tap a beer, let you know the style, the approximate Alcohol By Volume (ABV) and International Bittering Units (IBU), and we’ll sell it at a special reduced price. What’s the catch? We won’t tell you the name of the beer or who brews it! You’ll have to wait until the next day to see the update on our website, our Facebook page, and our Twitter feed!

What if I identify what beer it is?

For each pint of the Mystery Beer you order, you’ll receive a card to place your written guess on. If you’re right, you can pick-up the card starting Wednesday and use it to receive the Mystery Beer at the same reduced price for as long as it remains on tap, or until the card expires.

We still won’t reveal the identity of the Mystery Beer to you until Wednesday though!

Enjoy the mystery!!

Pricing reflected above is a Tuesday only price. Cannot be combined with additional/other discounts.
All pricing posted includes sales tax.
