Mystery Beer for Tuesday, August 19th
Spurred by the annual occurrence of #IPAday on the 1st Thursday in August, IPAs have been holding a majority of positions on our tap list as well as a monopoly as Mystery Beers for the past several weeks as we ramped up to that illustrious day. Although the IPAs are beloved by many, as we see #IPAday fade into our past we felt it time to get back in the routine of featuring other styles for our Mystery Beers, allowing them to start to be re-integrated into the tap list. (Don’t worry, we’ll still have IPAs on tap for you.)
Similar to last week, this week’s Mystery Beer comes from a non-California brewery who we’ve had on tap here before. We’ve never had this beer here before, and it’s not the same brewery as last week. The style of this week’s Mystery Beer is a Belgian Witbeir (BJCP Style 16A) or “White Ale”. Coming in at 5.6% abv with 22 IBU, we’re featuring this Mystery Beer with a Tuesday only price of $5.00/Pint (inc tax).
Come in Tuesday for a pint or two of this new IPA! Its identity will be kept secret throughout the day (if you think you know it, please don’t post your guess), but on Wednesday we’ll post what it is to our website, Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram!
Sorry, no tasters and no samples, you have to commit to the mystery, but you can order a 6 or 8 ounce pour.
What’s a Mystery Beer?
Each Tuesday we’ll tap a beer, let you know the style, the approximate Alcohol By Volume (ABV) and International Bittering Units (IBU), and we’ll sell it at a special reduced price. What’s the catch? We won’t tell you the name of the beer or who brews it! You’ll have to wait until the next day to see the update on to our website, Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram!
Enjoy the mystery!!
Pricing reflected above is a Tuesday only price. Cannot be combined with additional/other discounts. All pricing posted includes sales tax.
