Mammoth Brewing — IPA 395
Yesterday’s Mystery Beer made it’s way to us from the Eastern Sierras via US Highway 395, which is appropriate since that’s the road that the beer is named after. This week’s Mystery Beer is IPA 395; a flavorful DIPA that tastes great at the high elevation of 7,800 feet where it’s brewed by Mammoth Brewing Co. in Mammoth, CA, or right here at about 177 feet above sea level in Camarillo!
From the IPA 395 website:
Our ode to the Owens Valley and the Highway 395 corridor, this double IPA is distinctly bolder than our Epic IPA and celebrates the aromas hops, desert sage and mountain juniper. IPA 395 has a unique personality.
Malts: ESB, Crystal, Caramunich and Dark Munich
Hops: Millenium and Centennial
Adjunts: Sage and Juniper Berries
Come in for a pint of this brew making it and its brewery debut here at the pub, or enjoy a flight including IPA 395 and some of our other great craft beers currently on tap!
