Goodbye KegKiller Mondays…
…Hello Wonderful Weekends

Monday January 5th, 2015 was our final KegKiller Monday. We started KegKiller Mondays to help ensure that we would have a tap available for the Tuesday Mystery Beer. But we’ve now got something that you’ll be able to enjoy for more than just one day yet still help with the Mystery Beer preparation effort each week.

The Wonderful Weekend is Coming!

Each weekend we’ll be putting a rare, cellar-able or otherwise special beer on the taps for you to enjoy from Saturday through Monday. At the end of the night on Monday we’ll pull the beer off the tap, place it in the cellar, clean the beer line, and give the Tuesday Mystery Beer a place it can call home for its duration at the Couch!

To start off this weekly tradition we’re going to the cellar and pulling out last year’s keg of Sucaba from Firestone Walker Brewing! (We thought you might enjoy something like that.) We’ll be pouring this 13.5% ABV Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine starting Saturday when we open at 2:00 until closing on Monday night, or when the keg empties out, whichever comes first.

Stop in for some and see how well it’s aged over the past year!

See you Saturday!
