Mystery Beer Reveal
Yesterday’s Mystery Beer was very well received by everyone who had a pint, or two, or sometimes three. We described it as “A local IPA with Simcoe & Mosaic hops.” Some of you identified it, but as always we didn’t reveal it until today. The Mystery Beer was as local as you can get. From our friends at Institution Ale Co. here in Camarillo: Moscoe, a Pro-Am IPA. From their website:

Moscoe is a single IPA collaboratively brewed with local homebrewers. It is essentially Mosaic + Simcoe hops throughout, MOSCOE, get it? This is one of our favorite hop pairings, creating juicy citrus and dark berry notes that morph into seriously dank and piney flavors. A super drinkable and complex IPA. ABV: 6.8%, IBU 85, SRM 6.

Come on in and grab a pint, or a half, or as part of a flight, before it’s gone.
