This week’s Mystery Beer is a 9.6% abv, 24 IBU, Imp. Scotch Ale aged on Scotch barrel chips, with a massive malt presence created by layering caramel & amber malts with a touch of smoked malt. Hopped with Magnum, Chinook and Northern Brewer hops. The exposure to oak chips following primary fermentation allows to coaxes rich woody, char and vanilla notes along with the essence of Scotch whisky into a hearty, warming beer.
Stop in today to enjoy a pint at $1 off its regular price and learn its identity tomorrow!

What’s a Mystery Beer?
Each Tuesday we’ll tap a beer new to our taps, let you know the style, the Alcohol By Volume (ABV), and the International Bittering Units (IBU), and serve it up at a special reduced price. What’s the catch? We won’t tell you the name of the beer, who brews it, or even the area that it’s brewed (well, maybe the area)! You’ll have to wait until the next day to see the update on our website, Facebook page, and Twitter page!
Enjoy the mystery!!
